Tracking a Support Ticket

Having accessed the support portal URL:

Then log in using your email address, click on the drop down arrow next to the person icon:


Select the first option, 'My Activities':


Within this screen there are two areas where tickets can be tracked:

My Requests - in this section of 'My Activities' all tickets that have been raised by yourself can be viewed.

Requests I'm CC'd on - in this section all tickets where you have been copied into can be viewed, this view WILL NOT show any tickets created by you individually.

Clicking the subject line of text will then take you into the full details of the ticket for review and if required further comments can be added.
