Activating an Account

If you have already contacted the ESM support team via email an account will be in place for you, to access the full feature set within support portal you will need to generate a password.

From the main support portal page:

https://esmsolutionssupport.zendesk.com/

Select 'Sign In' from the top right hand corner:

The sign in pop out window will then appear:

Sign_Up.png

Click the 'Get a password' link and enter your email address.

An email will then be sent to you which will you allow you to set a password and gain access.
