Why haven’t I received my order? 

What is the status of my order?

 

There are times when an order is delayed by the supplier.  ESM does not have any knowledge as to when an order will be shipped.  If there is a delay or problem with the order (items missing, not received, etc.), ESM advises to contact the supplier directly.
