When logging in becomes a problem, clearing the Cookies and Cache in Chrome, Firefox and IE may help.
Steps to clear cache in Chrome:
1) Click on the 3 vertical dots at the top right of the screen
2) Go to Help > About Google Chrome
3) Verify Google Chrome is up to date
4) Select Privacy and security
5) Select Clear Browsing data
6) Make sure all Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files are checked and then select Clear Data
7) Once complete, close the browser completely, then open a new session and try to log in
Steps to clear cache in FireFox:
1) Click on Library Button
2) Click on History then select Recent History
3) Under Time range to clear > Select Everything
4) Click Clear Now
7) Once complete, close the browser completely, then open a new session and try to log in
Steps to clear cache in IE:
1) Click on the cog wheel
2) Go to Internet Options
3) Under Browsing History, click on Delete button
4) Make sure all Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and Website data and History are checked and then select Delete
7) Once complete, close the browser completely, then open a new session and try to log in
