Why is my Amazon Account in Test Mode?

Admins have the option to switch accounts between Active and Test Mode.  The steps below will show you how to switch between the 2 options.


1) Sign in to your Amazon Business Account.

2) From the drop down on your Amazon Business account > choose Business Settings

3) Within Business Settings > choose Purchasing System

4) From these Choose the switch to active mode – reestablishing Production vs. Test.
