Creating a Walk-In Vendor Response

Did you know that vendors no longer need to be added to ESM Purchase to create a walk-in response within ESM Source?

The vendor does need to be a registered vendor in ESM prior to creating a walk-in response.  See guidance notes below on how to do this.

When within the Award tab a walk-in response can be created on behalf of all suppliers, including ESM Purchase catalog, ESM Purchase non-catalog, and ESM Source suppliers.

Within the Event details screen and Event overview click the walking person icon in the top right-hand corner:

The next screen will load, with a search bar where you can search for the supplier(s) required:
