Under Manage > Invite
Suppliers are sent an email with instructions on how to register for ESM Sourcing.
To ensure the supplier is not already registered in ESM Sourcing, the user can search via email or supplier name. The Registration status column indicates if they are an active supplier.
If the supplier is not in the system, the user can invite the supplier by entering their email. This is the only required field for the user. All other fields are to assist in the registration process. The email is validated via the domain and format.
Note: To expand the 'invite suppliers' section, the user needs to select the caret highlighted below.
