Navigation Menu
Figure 2: Left-hand navigation menu
The left-hand navigation menu provides access to additional areas:
• Transactions — opens the All Transactions / Order Summary view
• Organization — opens the User Management area (administrators only)
Note: Always use the built-in buttons and links to navigate. Do not use your browser's Back or Forward buttons — this may cause unexpected behavior or unsaved data.
Switching Between ESM Applications
Figure 3: Application toggle – switching between ESM modules
The application toggle at the top of the interface lets you switch between ESM applications you have access to:
• ESM Purchase — full procurement interface
• ESM Supplier — supplier-facing interface
• ESM Source — sourcing interface
• New Request — create a new purchase request
Note: The toggle options shown depend on your permissions. Not all users will see all options.
NOTE ✓ You're done when: You can identify the service cards on your landing page, use the left-hand navigation menu, and switch between ESM applications using the application toggle.
