Accessing the Training Environment : Non- SSO Login

Purpose: This guide walks you through logging into the ESM training environment and setting Platform as your default application, for institutions not using single sign-on (SSO).

Before you begin:

1) You have a valid email address on file with <Institution Name>.

2) You have access to the inbox for that email address.

Steps

1. Go to https://training.esmsolutions.com/.

2. Enter your email address and select Forgot password.

3. Follow the instructions sent to the email address you provided to set your password.

4. Once logged in, select your name (Hi, <Name>) at the top right corner of the screen.

5. Select Profile.

6. Set Platform as the Default Application.
