What is Reporting?

The Reporting tool provides a number of reporting options from ESM products to enable organizations to gather further, detailed metrics.

This platform is provided by Exago, who provide a wide range of support material within Reporter to supplement the material in this knowledge base. Reporting help can be accessed at any point using the question mark icon within the Reporter pop-out window

Upon clicking the help icon a separate tab will open within the Reporting tool where you will be able to browse through the provided help material or run a search to identify the assistance you need:
