Customer Satisfaction Survey

Upon resolution of any support ticket raised to the ESM Support Team you may be asked to complete a short survey rating the overall quality of service and additional questions relating to the individual agent you spoke with.  Surveys are sent no more than once per 30 days.

We gather this information to review on a regular basis to ensure that we are delivering the best customer service we possibly can.
