Customer Reports for eSchoolMall and Mercury Version

Reports can be found under each category; Cart/Requisition, Approval, Purchase Orders, Receive and System Settings.

To run a report:

  1. Select the radio button next to the report you want to run, and click on the Select button.
  2. Select the Criteria to run the report, click Next
  3. Select the Delivery Options, click Next
  4. A message will appear under the Instructions confirming the request
  5. To view the report request, click on the Status button.  Click refresh and when the report is available a floppy-disk icon will appear.  
  6. Click the floppy-disk icon to download the report.
  7. An email notification will arrive when the report has been processed. The file will be attached to the email.
