Reports can be found under each category; Cart/Requisition, Approval, Purchase Orders, Receive and System Settings.
To run a report:
- Select the radio button next to the report you want to run, and click on the Select button.
- Select the Criteria to run the report, click Next
- Select the Delivery Options, click Next
- A message will appear under the Instructions confirming the request
- To view the report request, click on the Status button. Click refresh and when the report is available a floppy-disk icon will appear.
- Click the floppy-disk icon to download the report.
- An email notification will arrive when the report has been processed. The file will be attached to the email.
