New UI Approve / Manage – Print functionality
A print option has been added above General Details in both the Approve and Manage tabs. The Print button will generate a PDF report similar to the output from the Checkout view.

New UI Receive – Aux Field display
In Edit Entity Settings, a new setting has been added to display Aux Fields 1 and 2 in the search results on the Receive tab. This setting defaults to No.

Supplier Portal – Ability to opt into open invitation email notifications by assigned NIGP codes
A setting has been added to the Email Notifications screen in the Profile tab to allow suppliers to only be notified of open invitation sourcing events matching assigned commodities / NIGP codes in the supplier’s profile. The “Notify users of open invitations for all assigned NIGP codes” setting defaults to unchecked. When checked, the supplier’s profile will be evaluated for matching NIGP codes when an open invitation sourcing event containing commodities is published. If a match is found, an email notification will be generated. If no match is found, no email will be generated.

Requirement Bid – Distribution List/Solicit Requirements: Ability to search by name
Contact First Name and Last Name fields have been added to the Requirement Bid Distribution List and Solicit Requirements screens. These fields allow the ability to search for Request users by first or last name in conjunction with other search fields.

Requirement Bid – Excluded Items
An item will display as excluded within a line item bid if no requests were included for the item when requirements are combined. The excluded item will not display when the event is published to suppliers, but it will be treated as a normal item if the event is subsequently copied.
