Purchase Enhancements

Receive – Optional configuration to prevent users from receiving their own transactions

In Edit Entity Settings, a new setting labeled “Prevent Self-Receipt” has been added. When set to Yes, a Receive user will not be able to enter received quantity or value data for transactions they created. This setting defaults to No, which means users would continue to enter receipts based on the Receive Filter in Add/Edit User.

Edit Entity Settings – Ability to disable Ad Hoc Review

Entity administrators who wish to disable Ad Hoc Review functionality can do so in Edit Entity Settings. The Ad Hoc Review checkbox will default to checked; if unchecked, the Ad Hoc Review option will no longer display in Checkout, Approve or Manage views.

The Order Comments and line item notes have been corrected to properly display line breaks.

Bids and Quotes

Approval Delegates – Support for date range

Start and End Dates have been added to the Delegate setup area in Add/Edit User. If a delegate is specified and the dates are left blank, it is assumed the Delegate Email ID is a permanent delegate. If dates are specified, Requirement Bid requests / event awards will only display for approval for the delegate during the specified date range.
