Purchase Enhancements

Approval Delegates – Support for date range

Start and End Dates have been added to the Delegate setup area in Add/Edit User. If the dates are left blank, it is assumed the Delegate Email ID is a permanent delegate. If dates are specified, transactions will only display for approval for the delegate during the specified date range.

Requirement Bids

The Requirement Bid functionality allows an entity to publish a line item bid to internal users to solicit quantities. For example, an entity may wish to obtain supplier pricing for office supplies by first asking internal users to specify the projected quantities needed for common items such as printer toner and copy paper. Once users have submitted their requests, and the requests have been approved, the item quantities can be combined to update the line item bid. The event can then be published to suppliers.
