New User Interface – Support for Approve and Manage
The new user interface is available for both the Approve and Manage tabs. The transaction view will look identical to the new Checkout view, with information organized into different sections and the action buttons beneath the workflow details.

Additional Auxiliary Fields
The six new auxiliary fields mentioned in the May 2018 Release Notes are now fully functional and can be enabled by customers using the new user interface in Workbench Page Configuration by an administrator. Like the existing auxiliary fields, the new fields can be configured as required, established as text entry or drop-downs, displayed on Purchase Orders and included in workflows.
Internal Attachments – Modified Restrictions
The internal attachment popup will now accept up to 25 attachments for each line item or at the transaction header. This change does not apply to external attachments.
Bids and Quotes
The Public Responses option determines whether responses to an event will be visible in reporting to participating suppliers. In Edit Entity Settings, the option can be set to default to Yes, No or blank (Event Determined).
Public Responses - Edit Entity Settings
When set to Yes for an event, suppliers will see a Print Award option in the Next Step drop-down once the Due By Date has passed or the event has been unsealed. The output from Print Award will display all responses from suppliers who participated in the event as well as who received awards. If an award is published, the awarded supplier response information will be visible on the Posting Board.
Supplier - Print Award
If Public Responses is set to No, suppliers will not see a Print Award option. The Print Event option will only display the detail of the supplier’s response, if applicable. The Posting Board will not display any supplier response information.
