Approve/Manage tabs: Sort transactions by Requester Name
The Sort By drop-down on the Approve and Manage tabs will now display an option for Requester Name. When selected, transactions on the page will be sorted alphabetically by the requester’s last name.
Display number of active transactions in Checkout, Approve and Manage
The Checkout, Approve and Manage tabs now display the number of active transactions to allow users to easily see which tabs require attention. For example, if there are 11 transactions awaiting a user’s approval, the Approve tab would appear with the number “11” in parenthesis.
Purchase Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where transactions that failed encumbrance were not displaying in the Active selection
- Transactions forwarded in Checkout should no longer display in the Waiting selection for the forwarding user after submitting the transaction to the supplier
Section Weight functionality optional for publishing an event
Previously, each question/answer and pricing matrix section required a section weight (an assigned point value out of a possible 1,000 points) prior to publishing an event. The section weights are no longer required to publish; the Publish option will now become active as soon as all required event header fields are populated.
In Edit Entity Settings, an administrator can optionally configure a counter to calculate an Event ID by default for each event by using the Starting Event ID field. If left blank, users will be required to manually specify an Event ID for each event.
The Event ID Prefix allows administrators to optionally configure an alphabetical or alphanumeric prefix for the Event ID. This value will display to the left of each Event ID. For example, if the Event ID Prefix is AAB and the next available Event ID is 101, the next event created will default to an Event ID of AAB101.
