We are thrilled to announce the release of theReporter Tool for Integrated Cart customers. theReporter tool provides a number of reporting options from ESM products to enable organizations to gather further and detailed metrics.

Storeroom Data Fields added to theReporter Tool

In this release, we updated our reporting tool with the addition of more data fields from the Storeroom application that will empower you to extract more insights and make more informed decisions.

Bug Fixes

The following bugs are fixed with this release:

• Storeroom & Colleague Ethos Integration: Reversed credit/debit amount for Inventory Adjustment 
• Storeroom & Colleague Ethos Integration: Error Code: 400 Ethos - The Vendor ID must correspond with a valid vendor record
• Storeroom & Colleague Ethos Integration: Failed GL Check error for Storeroom fulfillment orders 
• FTP User upload - System does not pick the file from FTP server

ESM Supplier

New Data Fields Supported via ESM Supplier & Banner Ethos Integration

For our Banner Ethos customer, we updated the Banner Ethos Integration in order to support more data fields from the ESM Supplier application. With this release, you can synchronize the following data fields across ESM Supplier and Banner:

• Supplier Contacts

  • Supplier Contact First Name 
  • Supplier Contact Last Name 
  • Supplier Contact email
  • Supplier Contact Phone Number

• All Supplier Addresses

• Supplier Company Type

• EIN/SSN
• Business Area

Key Benefits and Features:

1. Improved Supplier Data Accuracy: With the expansion of the ESM Supplier & Banner Ethos Integration, you can now consolidate and synchronize more supplier data across ESM and Banner. This ensures that your supplier information is up-to-date and accurate, eliminating the risks associated with outdated or inconsistent data. 
2. Save Time and Effort: By automating more data synchronization between ESM Supplier and Banner via integration, you can avoid manual data entry and time-consuming administrative tasks. 

Please note that this enhancement is only available for customers with Banner Ethos Integration. As always, we are committed to continuously enhancing our integration capabilities and will look into how to support more data fields for other integrations in the future releases. 

Approval Delegate

With this release, we added the Approval Delegate feature to the ESM Supplier application. With this addition, your supplier registration form approval processes is streamlined, time is saved, and a smoother approval workflow is ensured within your organization. 

Key Benefits and Features:

1. Improved Workflow Continuity: The Approval Delegate feature allows approvers to delegate their supplier registration form approval responsibilities to a designated colleague when they are unavailable or out of the office. This ensures that your supplier registration approval are not delayed, and bottlenecks are minimized.

2. Save Time: Your suppliers can also benefit from the Approval Delegate feature by eliminating the need for approvals to wait until a specific user is available. Instead, designated delegates can promptly review and approve the registration forms. 
3. Enhanced Flexibility: This new feature also allows your administrators to decide if your approvers can manage their own approval delegates or not. A new setting has been added to the Entity Setting page that controls if approval delegates can be set up by individual Approve Tab users on the Profile Page. With this new feature, you will have the flexibility to choose the way to manage your approval delegates and approval workflows within your organizations that meets your business regulations or policies.

4. Complete Transparency: The Approval Delegate feature provides a comprehensive audit trail, giving you visibility into who delegated an approval, who the delegate is, and when the approval was granted by which user. This transparency fosters accountability and allows for seamless collaboration between team members.

Bug Fixes

• Error message on pop up when trying to register via a registration form on the supplier side.
• Approve tab is not showing all of the content of the registration form.
